I covered all those things in maths methods except Unit 8: Plane Geometry.

Unfortunately my maths teacher didn't use THE book to cover them he likes to teach his way which is easy if you listen.

By far my favorite math book that I've read so far is Apostol's Calculus Volumes 1 & 2.

It covers everything.
