ShaderPerf output below message when shaders which use many registers.

I don't know when "register file stalls" occur.
Register files positioned in "loopback quad fifo"
and this fifo has 8partition(8bank?) according to NVIDIA CineFX patent(Mr.Demirug's great article first mentioned).
So I guess "register file stalls" mean "bank conflict among quads".
