I have recently just bought a secound Western Digital 80gig sata hard drive to set a Raid on my system. I went through the bios and changed all the settings needed but when I try to format the RAID0 array in WINXP setup. I do quick format NTFS and it gives an error. I try a normal format, it stops at 100% (after an hour or so of formatting). I installed windows on an IDE drive w/ drivers for RAID and chipset. Go to Disk Management the drives are there. Try to format them there and another error. I have updated my Bios, raid controller, all that sh!t and still nothing.
