Routing Internet trough another computer

Computer 1 has a wireless Internet connection. Computer 2 is connected to 1 with an Ethernet cable. I need to activate Steam on 2. How?

Both are running Win2k.

Set up ICS on computer 1, sharing the WiFi connection. Set up the TCP/IP properties on computer 2 to use the IP 192.168.0.2, and set the gateway and default DNS to 192.168.0.1 (which should be the IP of the ethernet network adapter on computer 1 after ICS is enabled).

Yeah, people are too quick to discount anything that ever started its life in Windows 98. I've been using ICS for over 5 years now with no problems.
