Last minute attempt at secrecy or truth? I think maybe the rep was just playing with the questioner to disturb him? But if it's true, then what way is the info\rumours\myths\speculations\wishfull thinking wrong? Is the R300 better or worse.

Actually it'd be really nice if someone came out with a seriously revolutionary sound card. Right now 3D sound always seems to have such a performance hit because much of the processing is still being done on the CPU. Come on Creative and others, get with the program! Make a sound card that can do all the calculations on its own!

I want my next sound card to have to have a heatsink w/fan just like my graphics card!
