PS3's RSX = G70 or G71?

i hope this doesn't start a flame war. if so, please lock.

i've heard many varying answers so i'm not quite sure, is the RSX based on G70 or G71?

also, what would it be comparable to as far as PC Videocards? also, what would Xenos be comparable to?

from what i know, if it is based on G71, it has higher core and mem clock speeds, fewer ROP's, 128-bit if you compared it to a 7900 GT. but the RSX can offload things to Cell right?
