Anyhow....

I have not gotten an MP3 yet (do not listen to much music, mainly audio vocabulary for foreign languages), but an MP3 + GBA seems like a nice little package.

The only thing I would caution you on is the sound quality as the various mp3 players widely range from somewhat decent to AM radio quality (ok, a bit of an exageration but you get my point).

But if sound quality isn't such a big deal for you, then it might be a decent marriage.
