Need 4 Speed MW Black - Is it worth a buy over the regular vers?

I saw it in the store at $59.99 vs. the regular version at a special price of $39.99. Anybody bought it already? Is it worth the premium?

The Good: Mind-blowing full-motion video cutscenes; outrunning the cops is extremely exciting; outstanding sound effects; tones down some of the over-the-top product placement found in the previous nfs games; 360 version looks good in standard resolutions, much better in hd.

The Bad: Racer AI isn't too bright at first, gets wicked smart later on; not enough mind-blowing full-motion video cutscenes; occasional skipping and stuttering from the graphics.

I think the black version just has the directors comentary and 2 new cars

I guess what I am getting at, for anyone who knows, does this make $39.99 for the regular version a smokin' deal and the $59.99 for Black a shameless rip, or did you buy Black and find the extra material was totally worth it?
