Motherboard Question

I just picked up an Athlon 64 4000+ proc which I'd like to use with my existing x800xt agp video card...

I have no idea what a good motherboard/chipset would be for this combination. Obvioulsy it would need to have an agp slot and I'd prefer if it had an onboard nic... other than that I'm open minded.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Asus A8V-Deluxe (rev 2.0) works quite well for me. The only issue I have had with this board is that I cannot use standby because I end up with corrupted graphics or 3D not initializing properly. That could be the video card though (GF 6800U).

One more thing, the latest BIOS revision for this board seems to have some problems running 1T command rate for memory. I hope Asus gets this sorted so that future processors do not suffer from this.
