I'd never think in those terms. I might call it "a great stroke of luck" but I'd never think of it as a miracle.

Miracles neccessitate divine intervention. I am of the opinion deities in all froms to be fabrications of scared feeble human minds who seek comfort and explanations for the sometimes unexplainable.
