Microsoft announces the death of their consumer phones

Keep them coming. Can't wait to try the new Wallet app. Unfortunately it's only on W10 fast ring & I'm on the slow ring. That's really the only new feature I'm looking forward to. Although deeper integration with Xbox One & UWA would be icing on the cake.

I noticed one of the recent fast rings enabled swipe-back functionality in the Edge browser. Looks like MS is starting to finally fix the utter lack of any swipe-enabled shortcuts in Edge which existed in the prior Metro IE implementations.

Surfing the web on my old Surface RT using Metro IE is still my best browsing experience at home, competing very well with modern Chrome on my Yoga Tablet 2 and Edge on my gaming rig.
