You do know you can usually only legally download or extract the music if you own the game?

For original UT you can extract the music using UnrealEd. It has a sound browser and an extract function.

Original UT has music in ultratracker format though if I recall correctly. Some particular tracker flavor anyway. They can be converted by playing the modules in winamp using the write-to-disk output plugin and then encoding the resulting files.
