Is this spyware/adware or just Ati?

My Task Manager showed a process called "mom.exe" and it was under my name. I didn't know what it was, so I checked Google and found this:

I just spent an hour scanning and observing and whatnot and found that none of the things Symantec mentioned (registry keys and files) however:

This security risk can be manually installed or installed as a component of another program.

The thing is I'm paranoid that this might be spyware but I don't really believe it is.
Can someone confirm that Ati's latest drivers have "mom.exe" in their processes under task manager?

Yes it does.

Yes, MOM.EXE is part of the Catalyst drivers, as well as the name of a trojan.

I got it too on the 7.2 cats under XP, nice catch Kruno.

Yah, it seems the 'fix' for removing the 3*CLI.exe consisted of renaming 2 of them to ati2evxx.exe and the other to MOM.exe
