How to navigate PS Store/SEN/PS+/whatever

I dont know how should i call it, so i will just call the store that allow playstation gamers to buy digital games as "psstore".

Can somebody give me a pointer how to navigate psstore?
its to fine this information/items:
+ To see the current free game for PS+
+ To stop it eating bandwidth automatically. it seems auto cache the videos? (i fixed by disabling flash)
+ To see games that not digital-only but also available as digital download.
+ To see games that have cross play (console to Vita, console to PC, etc), cross buy, cross save, cross anything
+ To see motion games (PS move / eye / sixaxis).

i have tried using
site:store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com
sitelaystation.com
or just simple query on google search to no success.

my google fu failed me

+ To see games that not digital-only but also available as digital download.

Games->Full Games

+ To see games that have cross play (console to Vita, console to PC, etc), cross buy, cross save, cross anything

Games->Cross-Buy or Games->Cross-Play

+ To see motion games (PS move / eye / sixaxis).

Based on your statement, I assume you're browsing from PC. Here is the link I use when I want to get something from SEN/PSN Store on a PC. That link is the starting point for each item below:

+ To see the current free game for PS+
Games > PlayStation+ > Free Games
