How to create Flash-based tutorials?

For example NDepend's site uses Flash-based tutorials to illustrate the features of NDepend. Here's just one example.

I like these, because they're easy to watch and easy to follow. Anyone know which software is used to create those? I've seen couple other sites too which uses the exact same style for their tutorials so I suppose they all are using the same software.

Okey, at least Camstudio and Wink seems to be able to do these. Any comments on them?
