How do you add a sub account for PN?

I only created a Master Account and now when I go into Account Management, the "Manage Sub Accounts" is disabled so I can't do anything and I see no obvious way to add a Sub Account.

Did you create another user?

Yeah, u have to create another user ID and then, upon registering to the PSN, right after you input the date of birth, select sub account rather than master (later it will ask you to which master account you want to link the sub account to).

You will need a new valid email for the sub account.
