HDTV irritation

Does anybody know of a 16:9 HDTV that lets you output a 480p signal in a 4:3 aspect ratio?

I've noticed mine automatically switches to 16:9 mode when it detects a 480p signal, but a lot of games don't have 16:9 mode.

There should be an option to turn off screen stretching.
