Happy Father's Day

It's my first, so I'm a bit excited about it. The wife made me biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast, one of my favorites. And I got a card that was somehow crayoned by my 11-month-old daughter.

I can go one better, on my first father's day I actually got a card from my unborn daughter...

I was woken at 7:30 by my 7 year old son who was all over me with a handmade 8 page card that he worked on for two days and me 4 year old daughter made one with her name on it for me.

Aside from that it's kind of been unmitigated hell here this morning since everyone stayed up too late last night and the kids are driving me bonkers, but everyone is healthy so I'm happy enough I guess.

I think my wife is planning on taking the kids out and giving me a father's day break, I'm looking forward to it. 8)

Hallmark holiday, plus i have to buy for my dad and my step father, and it landed on the same day as my Moms birthday and the day after my friends Stag do.
