Are there any motorbikes confirmed for GT4? And will the PSP version have the same vehicles as the PS2?

No motorbikes has been confirmed for GT4 no, but there has been rumoured that the 640+ bhp "viper engined" superbike (uhm, what's its name again)? might be a special secret vehicle. Don't think motorbikes will ever be in btw, as it's definately a car game ;)
The PSP version is planned to be as identical to the PS2 version as possible. KY has stated this and wont launch it before he's satisfied with it. So yes, it will most probably feature the same vehicles.

AFAIK, the GT series has alway been promoted as the "Real Driving Simulator" and not a "car" simulator... so bring on the "motorbikes"!...I'm sure the GT phyiscs could easily handle them. Super Hang-On GT style... 8)

Well yes, it's like you say a real driving simulator, so they might bring in motorbikes one day. I doubt it though, and as of now, I think their physics engine is based on car physics and behavior. I'll say maybe one day, but not in GT4.

GT games are already a monumental piece of work only with cars. God only knows how much more work it would involve to put Motorbikes in there too, complete with realistic physics, realistic models etc.... Who wants a GT game every 5 years?

Why would it take 5 years? Just get a bigger dev team from all the revenue they'll generate from GT4 and the PSP GT4! ;)

I'd expect GT5 to offer something more than just flashier graphics on a PS3! Some key highlights in the series,

GT2 > Introduced rally cars.
GT3 > Flashier graphics on PS2 and formula one cars.
GT4 > Online play
GT5 > ???...Motorbikes! :D They could drop some crud cars and give us a motorbike experience!;)
GT6 > Buses, trucks and tractors!

Seriously, physics should be simpler for bikes, only two wheels! I just dont want the series to go stale...
