Nano what? That image show Google spelled in braille. Nothing to do with electrons and protons.
 
Forget about electrons and protons for a moment (Kruno, that must be the funniest thing you posted in a long time!), but... what's the point of Braille on a computer screen? :???:

On my 7 years old big dinosaur of a 21" CRT (which I have put in a corner to collect all the dust and heat in one spot unreachable by hoovers or fans), the surface temperature of the screen gets so different between the white and coloured fields when you view that page in 800x600 (...for a while), that you can probably read it by touch by knowing only that..
