Given the following memory setups for an APU, which would be the best from a price / perf POV? Should also consider the cost over the lifetime of the console. I.e. HBM2 becoming cheaper than legacy GDDR5 over time.
16GB of GDDR5X on 256 bit bus, 320 GB/s.
16GB of HBM2 on 1024 bit bus, 512 GB/s.
16GB of DDR4 on 256 bit bus, 4GB of HBM2 on 256bit bus, 100GB/s + 256GB/s = 356 GB/s total bandwidth.
16GB of GDDR5 on 512 bit bus. 512 GB/s.
16GB of DDR4 on 256 bit bus, 256MB+ Edram on daughter die, 612+ GB/s total bandwidth.
16GB of DDR4 on 256 bit bus, 64MB+ esram, 300+ GB/s total bandwidth.
