Yes, Dennis, it is. And it's extended to run at sample-frequency for all pixels.
 
Because only DX10.1 and higher requires the GPU to be able to run Shaders at sample instead of pixel frequency. For DX10-chips they could do brute-force Ordered-Grid Supersampling only.
