I recorded a boss encounter with FRAPS, hadn't done that since Nefarian probably back in BWL - but I encountered an annoying problem - video runs too fast, audio normal speed.
The software:
FRAPS 2.9.5
World of Warcraft
Vista Ultimate x64
The hardware:
Core2Quad Q6600 @ 3.00GHz
4GB DDR2
Radeon HD3850
Everything maxed in-game for WoW, 1680x1050 Windowed mode (which is in fact a tad smaller due the fact that it resizes the window so it won't go over Vista taskbar etc), 4xAA + Performance Adaptive AA enabled. FRAPS is set to record at half resolution at 25FPS with sound (Vista Direct Stream)
WoW is running from different physical harddrive than FRAPS is recording on.
Anyone got any experience on this problem and possibly solutions for it?
