It's certainly a time to celebrate.

As you may know, it's known as Fatal Frame in Japan.

This particular sequel was originally only released there, and had gotten an unofficial fan translation as there were no English subtitles included.

I played this on Wii, and the character's move speed is way too sloooooow in my opinion but that may be partly due to the technical limitations of the engine/wii hardware, plus for some inexplicable reason they didn't copy the excellent control scheme from Silent Hill Shattered Memories for controlling the player's torch/camera obscura with the wiimote, with it simply being used for looking up or down (again very sloooowly).

Well, I can't say I ever got into this series like I did with RE and SH. I played a few of them, but I found they were too slow moving. The gameplay is very hard, too.

But I got The Ring vibes. Did you think so too?
