FCC=Bit of the US govt in charge of what can and can't be said/shown on tv/radio, they've become a bit insane since Ms Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" and have been imposing the right-wing moral minorities standards on the rest of the country lately.

Colin Powell's son is in charge of it I believe, btw.....

In all fairness "decency" in the media is a thoroughly bipartisan carnival trick both parties use from time to time. Remember it was Clinton who signed into law the atrocious "Communications Decency Act" which attempted, for the first time, to regulate private communications on cable/internet. He was no better than Bush, and Kerry is no better than either of them.
