    It's pretty simple isn't it? Mobile games bring in a lot of money from microtransactions. Combine existing IP, future offerings and likely some mobile related patents and technologies and you're making medium term investment for high profitability.

    With a few exceptions, they don't own any IP. It's mostly all licensed. And these type of licences are all timed-limited and never exclusive. This was not an IP grab. :nope:
