Hum.... just watched the Champions of Norath movie... Is this already out in America? It should have been out in Europe since last month but still hasn't arrived yet...

watched Rallysport 2 vids: Looks very nice... except for the bump-mapping that hits off until a few meters infront of the car where it abruptly stops. This gives it quite a flickery look which is quite evident. Used to make my eyes bleed in the first part while playing it. I was hoping they'd resolve this issue. Apart from that though, looks nice and especially very fast and fluid.
Having seen this one though, does it just seem to me or did they cut the framerate in Champions of Norath? I am pretty sure Dark Alliance was super fluid (half-frame buffer at 60 Hz?) - this one however seems to be running considerably lower as shows with the choppy animation.

Well, the video run at 30 frames per second, so it's not quite as smooth as the original. The same goes for Rallisport thouhg.
Rallisport is quite blurry on the distance, you are right. Objects are detailed only when near the screen, But all in all its eye-candy, supersmooth and rich in detail. Gorgeous looking.
forbidden siren is actually quite boring, i've seen it on TV and reviews weren't spectacular either. ghost in the shell looks good, but the gameplay seems to be average at best. a rather typical 75% console game :? without the name it'd be barely noticed.

Maybe u should play Siren first...? I haven't, but i always reserve judgement before actually putting my hands on and trying to finish a game.
About Ghost in the shell... Wouldn't be surprised if it's just a cash-in on the franchise.... Much like the Dragonball games. Or any other games based on a big franchise...
