Nope, running on actual hardware.

The games are hex edited to run natively at 1280x720, and most of them run surprisingly well.

Yep, PNG makes inFAMOUS games look way better, that's because they generally have a very clean presentation and JPGs used to add a vaseline filter all over that

mighty impressive also how it distorts convincingly the vertical length of the reflection. They really put lots of work to minor details
