I seriously doubt it. Higher compression doesn't inherently raise power, it's just one parameter for adjusting the combustion condition. In this case pressure. You don't get more air-fuel mixture in there, just more pressure(and hence higher temp. also) before you ignite it.
That in turn of course _may_ mean that you can use a richer or leaner mixture for instance, but there are a _lot_ of other considerations to take into account. You may even get less power in the end if raising compression is the only thing you do.
