It fits in her tailored briefcase (girl thing) and, counting the power supply is lighter than her fujitsu P7010D and, more importantly, uses neither a registry nor dlls so it won't slow down month after month. She also is in China & Japan about a dozen times a year and, in spite of the top rated AV, always gets infected with something. We're hoping this is better.
So you get thin, less vulnerable and great skype integration in a sexy package that travels nicely. I wouldn't pick it for myself, but it's pretty nifty with that new trackpad and backlit keys too.
Hell, she wears shoes I wouldn't wear and some of the after work clothes she has are way out of my consideration but they sure as shit look nice on and off of her
edit: 1 usb is no issue since her 4-port is 1/3 the size of a mouse and this is the lightest macbook by a good 2 pounds..
