We've noted it a few times - Marco was even asked by Hercules about it at CeBit! I've been trying to use it as leverage to get some reviews of their products, but to no avail so far!

You would think that this puts the sites objectiveity in question. If not and I am way out of line then err. Well it certainly does look as though they are using the Beyond 3D name as some sort of an indorsement.

Well, AFAIK 'Beyond3D' isn't copyrighted or anything so they are free to use it. I doubt their PR even knew about us when they came up with that, and we certianly haven't endorsed them using it.

You're kidding right? =) It's not like 'Beyond 3D' is an unthinkable for the name of a videocard. If they named the card, 'NVNews Ti4600' or 'AnandTech GeForce 4,' then maybe you'd have a case, but Beyond 3D isn't too unique. (But still a good name for the site, =)
