And these pups go NUTS if a dog barks on the TV or in a movie, I have some mp3s of dogs barking that I just do NOT play anymore since it makes 'em so frenzied.

I came across a dog near this cinese restaurant that was tied to a pole, young black lab too.
I told my rommmate I read about this here and decided to give it a try. I approached the dog and petted it and panted, he just looked at me confused.
