Architectural overview and tech. desc. R300/R350 & NV30/

I'm looking for technical information on the architectural hardware layout of one or more of todays state-of-the-art GPUs. Preferably a technical whitepaper with top-level schematics/overviews and some description of the different modules. I need theese for educational purposes, but realize that such information may not be openly available due to commercial interests. Does anyone know where to get such information for GPUs such as R300/350 or NV30/35?
