I think anyone that actually thinks an HIV vaccine will be developed is delusional. Do you have any idea how much pharmaceutical companies make off of HIV/AIDS drug cocktails?? If the virus doesn't kill you, you'll end up starving to death cause you can't afford to eat heh.
The kicker is that HIV is largely preventable as well (not to mention is a 'gay'/hooker/junkie/other undesirable member of society disease), therefore ranks pretty low on the list of things that will ever be cured. I'm sure most conservative moral elitest/religious fuckheads see it as a blessing more than anything.
