Found an interesting roadmap over at vr-zone, containing an overlook of various upcoming/expected dx9-chips.

The source (Impress) seems to have more detailed information, but my Japanese is more rusty than my English at the moment, so I'd be very happy if someone could translate it or say if the "roadmap" is based entirely on rumors or if there is some truth to it..

I somehow doubt that ATi would go from their traditional annual lineup update to 3 major releases in 9 months.
