It's made by the Demon's Souls team. Saw this on GAF: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=25720882&postcount=1 They should tone down the PvP if they are building a large, seamless world. In Demon's Souls, at least you can find safe haven in the Nexus. EDIT: Ah, source is here...
