On that note, I've been trying to find someone on that side of the big pond willing to help with recorded games. Anyone? Help?
No bloody channel is carrying NFL here in Europe, and even fewer are airing them in Finland... And "realtime" play by play @ SI.com was half an hour late at worst...
I actually bought my tv (27" 16:9 LCD) because it also doubles as a display for my htpc. So I can indeed picture myself watching movies on a 27" display instead of a 27" tv...
(LCD-)TV with a DVI-D input is the best thing since sliced bread, imho. Along with wireless keyboard & mouse.
Even the CIA was odd. Or is that were?
Three lovely ladies and Gary. Although, Agnes's been gaining weight lately.
(Unzipped the reference manuals today. Small world...)
EDIT: Damn! Read R520 as A520 at other thread... Nasty.
And that will affect my choice of either buying r9800 or newer lower end board because...? The point being made was that older boards are dead ducks and not worth buying. The fact that they may not be available for long doesn't matter as long they ARE available now.
Reduced wiring capacitances would enable lower power consumption at same speeds or faster clocks at same power - between the HSI and chip. The wiring from the HSI -> PCIE wouldn't change much. I doubt if changing the HSI - chip bus speed would gain anything, so most likely this is a way to A)...
Depends. Tantalum versions go up to 100s of uFs and can thus be used for supply line filtering. Can't remember if their downside was leakage current or high ESR. Anyway, the bigger tantalum ones are - well - bigger... :)
