Windows 7 messed up permissions

Another day another microsoft fuckup.

Out of the thin blue sky windows has decided to fuck up disk permissions. Permissions in windows being what they are, a giant clusterfuck of shit that doesn't work, I am unable to fix this.

One user, who's a admin, cannot even access nor make any changed to the C drive anymore.

Another admin, still can but whenever I want to change owner permissions it says access denied on every file. Makes fucking sense. I'm only the admin after all... wouldn't want admins to have any admin rights, now do we, microshit?

Is there anyway to unfuck the shitjob delivered by these fucktards?

then right click, take ownership.

it will take hours on a spinning rust if you take ownership of everything.

Thanks orang, though the weird thing is that this is even necessary. Even on a clean install I had the same problem on this system while my main rig didn't have this weird permissions issue with a fresh install.
