Whelp, Matrox has confirmed the expected clockspeed

220Mhz Gclock. With .15um and 80 million transistors, it was doubtful that they'd hit a high clockspeed, but they've confirmed it today.

To clarify a little, this is a ballpark figure, and may change slightly....

It's confirmed as far as Matrox PR knows right now. But of course, the product hasn't hit shelves yet (at least 1-2 months away) and right now is what they're guesstimating . They're saying 220Mhz range, but of course historically , Matrox has never disclosed actual clockspeeds.
