april issue? or may issue?
so this means that ps3 will be unveiled before e3
if the rumor is true then we should see some stuff about the ps3 within 5 days
 
I'm not sure, maybe it'll be the June issue, if not May. definitally not April, since that would have to be out already.

Shouldn't the public know the public date by now?
 
For all we know, before E3 could mean one day before or even hours befor the show starts, if PS3 is introduced before E3 at all.
 
Is it just me or did Sony state not to long ago that the PS3 would be shown in some fashion before the end of their fiscal year (MArch 31).

Well, looks like a lie.

it is been said that there was a private showing in Tokyo that even high profile execs weren't invited to. only top Sony partners were invited.
this was also mention in GDC I think.
 
and... ? that's it 8) no sereously. it was moved from end of march to begin of april i believe as far as i remember . and i believe E3 will be closed door presentation also to selected audience and no hands on realtime play on ps3/
but that can change i dunno

Because:

1) As of right now and for the rest of the year, the staff is taking a break from journalism so the mainpage was taken down, leaving the forums (Thus forfeiting my E3 pass).

2) This all took place while we were switching servers.

So in conclusion, I have my reasons.

Who said this?

There's still rumblings on other boards of something happening this week, but apparently no one knows what it's about. Of course, they could still be the beginning of April (but can you imagine the April Fools-related confusion and madness?! For everyone's health, Sony should do it by March 31 ;)).
