A finnish mag called Pelaaja (Player) reports that a Ratchet & Clank game for the PSP is to be unveiled at E3! Here's the link if anyone besides me understands Finnish:

Apparently it's not made by Insomniac, but an external team made up of ex-Insomniac employees. Not a bad thing considering how insanely great Daxter turned out to be in the hands of ex-Naughty Dog guys
