Question about Power Supply Unit....

I need to know whats the max volts/watt or whatever my PSU supports. Cause I wanna buy radeon 9800 Pro soon and ATI recommends 300 v/w or something. Please help

BTW I opened my PC up and here's what the PSU label read, "Input 127/200 - 240 v" Does that mean my PSU can't support Radeon 9800 Pro?

What would happen if I install my 9800 right now to the 220 w PSU? Is it safe to do this?
