the projector gave me a different perspective regarding the space of my room and I turned things up a notch so I can take advantage of all my displays. I removed a chair taking up space that I didn't use and put there a chess or dressers that I have in my room and placed there the 1440p monitor.
To the right of the 1440p monitor I placed the 4K 50" TV, which is exactly the width of my desk. So I know use the 4K display as my main display and the 1440p as my secondary display for productivity.
I am not using the projector for productivity now 'cos of the constant humming, but my idea is to have it connected to the PC all the time to play games with my nephews or friends, etc.
Also my A770 only has 1 HDMI output port, while it has three DP ports. So I can't connect the projector and the 4K display at the same time, but I am going to get a DP to HDMI adapter, thus I can have 3 screens at the same time, just in case.
I am giving the projector a rest, but yes, the concept works as Shifty says, and it's not bad for the price. My next projector is going to be better but I am happy with my setup for now.
@davis.anthony I tried RE2 Remake on the projector. It looks incredible in such a huge screen. The projector is quite basic and the brightness isn't as good as on my 1440p VA panel and the 4K QLED.
I had to use the Intel Arc Control app to increase the brightness and even so some details are missing compared to the "regular" displays. I.e. Claire eyes are more difficult to discern -I mean the colours- compared to the 4K or 1440p display, 'cos the image looks a bit more dull, the lamp can't produce the same level of detail.
When it comes to typing and text while not as sharp as on the other displays, the difference in size is amazing, and overall games are easier to play that way, imho.
