Nokia unveils mid-air messaging

Wave and talk with the 3220
Nokia is making a mobile that lets you write short text messages in mid-air.
The messages are written using a row of LEDs fitted on the rear cover of Nokia's forthcoming 3220 phone.

A motion sensor in the phone makes the lights blink in a sequence that spells out letters when the handset is waved in the air.
Interesting :)

if you've seen those budwieser or guinness fans with LED's , then think about some bright leds on your phone. as the phone moves up down ( as you wave quickly) , the LEDS change what they display ( which is where the motion sensors come in) .

the led image persists a bit in your eyes and you get a message displayed .

seriously think this is something that must have been devised on 1st april and nobody has realised it's an april fools joke . .
