The name "Nico" has been trademarked by SCEJ the 23 february.
BTW the article says that Sega trademarked a "Wonderboy" title... if it's a home console version, it could be excellent.

NEVER trust Amazon (or indeed, any large retail chain) release dates. They just make some sh!t up so people won't call them and bug them about whenever title X is gonna come out.
If we learn Nico's release date through some other means than the developer itself, it certainly won't be from Amazon. When did THEY ever correctly predict the launch of a major title anyway? Besides, end of november is so far off anything could happen between now and then (except maybe the game getting cancelled, heh). It's like six+ months for cryin out loud, it could end up getting delayed into 05 or something like that (which wouldn't be unlike stuff we've experienced before I might add).
