What most doctors use for recommended weight to height is body mass index. Weight in Kg divided by (height in meters squared). A score of 19-25 is good. However if you have high muscle mass (athletic/muscular build) its pretty much meaningless as that range would have considered Michael Jordan obese in his prime.
