We think a new hand of law is needed. jvd and Sonic has been little too long, jaded, despoted and loss impartiality to impose the right level of moderation.

Imo, i like to extend support to jaws, jawed and megadrive1988. These long timer seem to not willing to buy into choosen sides of the game. And are genuely interested in technology without strongly rooted to only one side of PR.

What you think? Suggest better impartial people(imo these 3 are the best)?
 
I think Jaw and Jawed both don't have time to mod. They're more into talking about technical matters. Oh btw I don't think we need new mods either.

Yea, and I don't think it's for us to make polls as who should replace the mod(s).
We're not the upkeepers of this board, the posters do not decide until the Great Board Master says so!
The posters do decide what they post and if it's appropriate, on topic and worthy of bandwidth though.

As long as they post here, should be okay. Its their interested in technical matters of all kind and not only sides, make them ideal mods. megadrive1988 can help, less technical, but enthusiastic, and also importantly, he similarly take technology for what it is.

Yes, it may be kinder to post this at feedback, but how many actually generate traffic over there? It probably amount to same, by linking to a topic at feedback.
 
I'll take anyone that'll clean up Console Talk. There's a lot of trolling and flamebait rolling around, and it's mostly coming from just a couple of people. Easily solved, if only it would be.

That imho, we need new mods. What happend to the forums the last 1/2 hour? gosh and rabidrabbit should take a break. go sleep on your bed, you guys are tired.
 
Am i the only one finding it funny that chap is on a all-out crusade to "clean the console forum up"...?

I don't disagree, i'm just finding it very funny it would come from him.

EDIT: We definately need more mods, or even just a mod that is not on the same timezone as jvd and sonic, just so we can have 24-hour coverage, or close enough. There should always be a mod present, having 2 mods that go to sleep and work at around the same time is useless.
 
I think the forum will be better place if it stick to technicality from programmers hardware guys developers, q&a questions interpretations etc.

If you want talk about embracing the hype, games and console wars, post at the game sections maybe or dont post at all?
