Need help with Radeon 9700Pro

Games stutters like crazy with FSAA. Im running on the following specs:

MSI K7T-266-Pro2
AthlonXP 1800+
512MB PC-2100 DDR SDRAM
SB Audigy
Intel Pro100+

WinXP Pro SP1 and Catalyst 02.3 build 6.13.10.6166 fresh installed.
 
Sound blaster or other device hogging the bus due to old or bad drivers or sharing IRQs ? Check resources (IRQs) and make sure nothing is shared. Defrag disk ? Is it really only with FSAA ?

I have tried all that, and yes its only with FSAA. Anyway I also have some unstably issues so im returning it.
Good thing I havent sold my GF4Ti4600 yet :)

Im sure its a great card, tobad its not happy in my rig :(
