You could always try to use an open proxy to reach it

(i had no trouble reaching it on both ip and name)

I can see EB fine.. can't see the IP address though.. comes out to a place asking for domain registration.

It 'twas a bit of experimenting gone awry I found out, looks like it's still getting fixed up and locked down again.
