Multiple keyboards and mouses into single computer?

Is it possible to have two keyboards and two mouses connected to a single computer? So that they both work?

You can connect as many mice as you like, they'll all work fine. Haven't tried two keyboards yet, but I guess that should work just as well (provided they're USB, since you only have one PS/2 input).

Would it be possible to make two "virtual" computers from one physical computer using 2x keyboard & mouse and a graphics card with two outputs? Maybe Vista would support two simultaneous logins?
